Another important thing I would pray for and encourage us to keep in mind is our pastoral approach and focus for this year. We are keeping the pace of continuing with our goal of doing more to bring people back to God by any good means. This approach will also extend towards Faith Formation for both youth and adult --- and leadership based on demonstration of faith and good example for new evangelization.  

Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at 4 p.m., by the special Grace of God, we will gather again for a special Holy Sacrifice of the Mass both for Gold Beach parishioners and Star of the Sea parishioners, to be celebrated by His Excellency, Most Reverend Alexander K. Sample, JCL, our Archbishop of Portland in Oregon. If there is any change from the 4 p.m. time to a different time by the Archbishop’s office, I will communicate that to you immediately.

My dear brothers and sisters, blessings and guidance of Jesus the Savior to you! May I once again thank you for prayers and goodwill when some of us were in Rome and The Holy Land.
